Beating your 3pm snooze, for less than 100 calories!

One of K’s favorite afternoon snacks is fresh veggies. But who has the time to slice and dice every single day?

Once a week, K preps a large tupperware of fresh vegetables perfect for snacking. Sliced cucumber (J’s favorite), radish, celery, carrots, snap peas (K’s favorite). Having them ready and on-hand makes them an easy choice when the 3pm hunger strikes.

Also in the fridge is a container of light veggie dips. Only 50 cal per serving, the dip makes the veggies TASTE like a splurge, but not really!
